Day 1: Fly from Zanzibar to Serengeti National Park

Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel or preferred location anywhere in Zanzibar. Our friendly representative will transfer you to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ) for your scheduled flight to Serengeti National Park.

Enjoy a spectacular 1.5 to 2.5-hour scenic flight, offering breathtaking aerial views of Tanzania before landing at Seronera Airstrip, located in the heart of the Serengeti.

Upon arrival, your professional safari guide will warmly welcome you before beginning your first exciting game drive through the endless plains of the Serengeti.

Enjoy a freshly prepared bush breakfast surrounded by the African wilderness before continuing your safari in search of lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeests, hyenas, and many other incredible wildlife species. Depending on the season, you may also witness the world-famous Great Migration.

Around midday, relax and enjoy a delicious bush lunch before continuing your afternoon game drive as you explore one of Africa’s most famous national parks.

Later, drive to your lodge for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Wake up to the sounds of the African wilderness before enjoying breakfast at your lodge.

Today is dedicated to exploring the magnificent Serengeti National Park. Spend the entire day discovering its endless plains, diverse landscapes, and incredible concentration of wildlife with your experienced safari guide.

Watch lions resting beneath acacia trees, elephants crossing the plains, graceful giraffes browsing nearby, and large herds of zebras and wildebeests roaming freely across the savannah. The Serengeti is also home to cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, hippos, crocodiles, and more than 500 bird species, making every game drive a unique experience.

Enjoy a relaxing bush lunch in the heart of the park before continuing your afternoon safari in search of more unforgettable wildlife encounters and spectacular photographic opportunities.

Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and another peaceful night surrounded by nature.

After breakfast, enjoy one final morning game drive through the Serengeti, giving you another opportunity to spot wildlife before your journey home.

For an even more unforgettable experience, you may choose the optional Hot Air Balloon Safari (available at an additional cost), offering breathtaking sunrise views over the endless Serengeti plains, followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush.

Later, transfer to Seronera Airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Zanzibar.

Upon arrival at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, our Zanzibar representative will be waiting to welcome you and transfer you comfortably back to your hotel or preferred location.

Enkutoto Migration Camp is a luxury mobile safari camp that moves across the Serengeti to follow the Great Wildebeest Migration. This gives you the chance to experience one of the world’s greatest wildlife events from the best locations. Depending on the time of year, you can watch the famous Mara River crossings in the northern Serengeti or see thousands of wildebeest calves born during the calving season in the south.

The camp has 25 spacious and comfortable safari tents, including Family Tents that are perfect for families and a Honeymoon Tent designed for couples. From June to October, the camp is based in Kogatende in the northern Serengeti, giving you easy access to the exciting Mara River crossings. From November to March, the camp moves to Ndutu in the southern Serengeti, where you can witness the incredible wildebeest calving season.
