Day 1: Arrival Day: Welcome to Arusha

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our professional team will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your lodge in Arusha. The drive takes about 1 hour, giving you a smooth and comfortable start after your journey.

Once you arrive at the lodge, you will have time to relax in a peaceful environment. In the evening, we provide a short safari briefing to prepare you for the adventure ahead, explaining how we deliver experiences like game drives, bush meals, and safety in the wild.

After breakfast, you will begin your journey towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive from Arusha to Ngorongoro takes about 3.5 to 4 hours. Upon arrival, you will descend into the crater for a game drive. Our experienced guide uses strong knowledge and communication with other guides to locate the best wildlife, including lions, elephants, and rhinos.

At midday, we carefully set up a bush lunch in a safe and scenic area inside the crater. We ensure cleanliness, comfort, and a relaxed atmosphere so you can enjoy your meal in nature.

After the game drive, you will continue your journey to Ndutu, which takes about 3 to 4 hours. You will arrive in the evening, where we organize a beautiful sundowner experience. Our team prepares drinks in a quiet location, allowing you to relax and enjoy the sunset in the wild.

This day is dedicated to exploring the Ndutu plains, where the calving season is at its peak. You will start early in the morning with a bush breakfast, which we carefully prepare in a safe and beautiful location. This gives you a unique chance to enjoy your meal surrounded by nature.

During the day, your guide will take you to the best wildlife areas based on animal movement. You will see newborn wildebeest, large herds, and predators such as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. Game drives are flexible, usually between 5 to 8 hours, depending on wildlife activity.

At midday, we arrange a bush lunch with proper setup, ensuring hygiene, comfort, and a relaxing break in the wild. In the late afternoon, you will continue with an evening game drive when animals are more active.

The day ends with a peaceful sundowner experience, where we create a calm setup for you to enjoy the sunset and reflect on the day.

On this day, we continue to give you a deep and rich safari experience in Ndutu. We again start early with a well-prepared bush breakfast, allowing you to enjoy the fresh morning atmosphere in the wild.

Your guide will focus on tracking wildlife movements to give you the best chance to witness predator action and calving moments. Because this is a very active season, every game drive offers something unique and exciting.

We provide another bush lunch during the day, carefully arranged to maintain comfort and safety. In the afternoon, you will enjoy another evening game drive, followed by a sundowner experience in a different scenic location to give you a fresh and memorable view.

This day is about maximizing your wildlife experience while keeping the pace comfortable and enjoyable.

After breakfast, you will start your journey back. You can drive to Arusha City or directly to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight back home. The drive takes about 6 to 7 hours, and we plan it carefully with comfortable stops, so you travel in a relaxed way.

If you prefer more comfort and want to save time, we can also arrange an optional flight from Ndutu airstrip to Kilimanjaro International Airport at an additional cost. This is a good option if you want to avoid the long drive and enjoy a smooth and fast connection for your flight back home
