We’re licensed (TALA registered), insured (full liability coverage), and partnered with AMREF Flying Doctors. We’ve completed 127 safaris with a 4.9/5 rating and 94% return/referral rate. But most importantly: because we’re new, we work harder. We return emails in hours, not days. We customize every itinerary. We remember every client. In 10 years, we’ll be the more dominant in the market but right now, we’re the ones who care more.
We carry comprehensive tour operator liability insurance specifically for this scenario. If we ceased operations (we won’t, but if), you’d be fully refunded or transferred to another licensed operator of equivalent quality. Your deposits and payments are protected. Additionally, we recommend travel insurance with supplier default coverage for extra peace of mind.
We hire locally whenever possible (drivers, camp staff, cultural guides are all Tanzanian). We work with Maasai communities through long-term partnerships, not one-off tourist visits. Our Hadza experiences are coordinated through community-approved liaisons who ensure visits are respectful and beneficial. We donate 2% of revenue to conservation and community education projects.
